Control

Control is used for supervisory/device control. It represents control outputs that are used to change the state in a process, e.g. close or open breaker, a set point value or a raise lower command.

controlType cim:Control.controlType 1..1 string direct Specifies the type of Control. For example, this specifies if the Control represents BreakerOpen, BreakerClose, GeneratorVoltageSetPoint, GeneratorRaise, GeneratorLower, etc.
operationInProgress cim:Control.operationInProgress 0..1 boolean direct Indicates that a client is currently sending control commands that has not completed.
timeStamp cim:Control.timeStamp 0..1 datetime direct The last time a control output was sent.
PowerSystemResource cim:Control.PowerSystemResource 0..1 PowerSystemResource direct Regulating device governed by this control output.
mRID cim:IdentifiedObject.mRID 1..1 string IdentifiedObject Master resource identifier issued by a model authority. The mRID is unique within an exchange context. Global uniqueness is easily achieved by using a UUID, as specified in RFC 4122, for the mRID. The use of UUID is strongly recommended.For CIMXML data files in RDF syntax conforming to IEC 61970-552, the mRID is mapped to rdf:ID or rdf:about attributes that identify CIM object elements.
description cim:IdentifiedObject.description 0..1 string IdentifiedObject The description is a free human readable text describing or naming the object. It may be non unique and may not correlate to a naming hierarchy.
name cim:IdentifiedObject.name 1..1 string IdentifiedObject The name is any free human readable and possibly non unique text naming the object.
