pulseWidthModulation	cim:VsQpccControlKind.pulseWidthModulation	No explicit control. Pulse-modulation factor is directly set in magnitude (VsConverter.targetPWMfactor) and phase (VsConverter.targetPhasePcc).
reactivePcc	cim:VsQpccControlKind.reactivePcc	Control is reactive power at point of common coupling. Target is provided by VsConverter.targetQpcc.
