dcCurrent	cim:CsPpccControlKind.dcCurrent	Control is DC current with target value provided by CsConverter.targetIdc.
dcVoltage	cim:CsPpccControlKind.dcVoltage	Control is DC voltage with target value provided by ACDCConverter.targetUdc.
